I take a little container of this with me when I head out so I don’t get famished and eat whatever is available.
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup no added sugar carob
Combine all ingredients and store in a glass jar.
Don’t knock the carob until you try it! It reminds me of Fridays at primary school when we’d save up a dollar and gorge ourselves on 100 carob buds!
