Raspberry and cacao nib smoothie

This is how bubba and I celebrated Melbourne Cup, a party pink smoothie instead of our usual green smoothie.

Ingredients

  • fresh apple
  • fresh coconut water and flesh
  • frozen raspberries
  • frozen banana
  • protein powder – I’ve used egg white
  • cacao nibs

Method

Blend the apple, banana, raspberries, coconut and protein powder until combined but not frothy.

Top with the cacao nibs and enjoy!

This is particularly cute served in the coconut shell.
