Mango and lychee sorbet

When devine tropical fruits like mangoes and lychees are in season who needs sugar?


  • Frozen flesh of 1 mango
  • 4 fresh or frozen lychees


Blend in your food processor until the consistency is sorbet like – this took me around two and a half minutes.

Enjoy immediately while it’s still beautifully cold and soft. You could refreeze and then break it up with a fork and serve it as a granita, but I think the texture of the mango is particularly delightful as a sorbet.
