- haloumi, sliced
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- sprinkle ground cinnamon
- squeeze lemon juice
In a hot pan grill the haloumi and apple for a few minutes until the haloumi is cooked on both sides.
Remove the haloumi and apple from a pan, place it on a plate, squeeze the lemon juice over the top and sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
Prep time 2 minutes
Cooking time 4 minutes
